Keto Bread Recipe
Fresh out of the oven – homemade Almond Flour Keto Bread! Perfectly soft, fluffy, and so easy to make 🍞🥑💚 #keto #grainfree
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
